Results: In oleracea, saturated chain acids, presence hexanoic acid (only almonds), caprylic acid, capric lauric myristic palmitic stearic those unsaturated chain, oleic (omega-9) linoleic (omega-6). oil showed satisfactory results against Escherichia coli Staphylococcus aureus.
